What's included
What we work on in CRO and UX
Traffic is expensive. If the site doesn't convert, every ad dollar and every month of SEO returns less. We work on the site you already have, without rebuilding it from scratch.

Who it's for
For sites that already get visits and want more results
CRO pays off once there is traffic: from ads, SEO or social. If your site gets visits but few inquiries, the problem is rarely the traffic.
- Online storesAbandoned carts, long checkouts or product pages that don't convince.
- Service businessesForms nobody fills in and pages that don't explain why to choose you.
- Tourism and bookingsBooking engines, rates and policies that raise doubts at the last step.
Method
How we improve conversion
- 01
Baseline
We set up GA4, events and heatmaps to know your current conversion rate and where visits are lost.
- 02
Diagnosis
We rank problems by sales impact and effort, backed by recordings and data.
- 03
Changes and tests
We implement the improvements and, when there is enough traffic, validate them with A/B tests.
- 04
Report and next round
We show you what changed in conversion and what we test next.
Deliverables
What you get in a CRO and UX project
Findings backed by evidence and changes that ship, not a PDF of recommendations nobody implements.
Guide
How to turn more visits into clients
Most websites in Costa Rica invest in bringing traffic and almost nothing in converting it. Raising a site's conversion rate usually costs less than doubling the ad budget, and the gain applies to every channel at once.
What CRO and UX mean
- UX (user experience): a site that is easy to understand and use, where people find what they need without effort.
- CRO (conversion rate optimization): making that visit end in the action that matters to you: buy, book, request a quote or message you.
- Together: UX removes friction and CRO measures whether removing it brought more clients.
Signs your site is losing clients
- Plenty of ad or SEO traffic, but few forms or messages.
- Mobile visitors who leave within seconds.
- Carts or bookings left halfway.
- Repeated WhatsApp questions the site should already answer.
Measure first, then change
Changing colors or buttons without data is guessing. That's why we start with measurement: without a baseline conversion rate there is no way to know if a change helped. With SEO, Google Ads or Meta Ads bringing traffic, CRO makes every visit count more.
When a redesign makes sense
You don't always need a new site. Often targeted improvements on the pages with the most traffic are enough. If the technical base can't go further, we'll tell you and propose a web design built to convert from day one.
Tell us what you want your site to achieve and we'll send you a written proposal.
Investment

Frequently asked questions
What we get asked most.
What's the difference between CRO and UX?
UX focuses on making the site easy to use; CRO on turning those visits into clients and measuring the effect of each change. We do them together because each needs the other.
How much traffic do I need for CRO?
Reliable A/B tests need a minimum volume of visits and conversions. With less traffic you can still improve through audits, recordings and best practices, validated with the monthly trend.
Do I need to redesign my site?
Not necessarily. Most improvements are applied to your current site. If the technical base limits results, we’ll show you the evidence.
Which tools do you use?
Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar for heatmaps and recordings, Figma for prototypes and A/B testing tools depending on your platform.
Do you work with WooCommerce and Shopify stores?
Yes. We review product pages, cart and checkout, where most sales are lost.
When will I see results?
First findings arrive in the first weeks. Measured results depend on traffic: with good volume, each test can close in a few weeks.
Do you respect visitor privacy?
Yes. Recordings mask personal data and we set up cookie consent before tracking is turned on.
